You're a new graffiti writer out on the streets, dabbling in the art. Lo and behold, you've been invited to join one of your city's crews of graffiti writers called The Delinkuents! Your skills aren't amazing just yet (you're still a "toy",) but you'll learn to rise up the ranks and leave your mark on the city.
